This 75-minute class offers you all the parts of yoga; teachings, stimulating and restful postures, breathing practices, meditation and sound healing. This highly attended experience touches on the full 8 limbs of our modern yoga practices while honoring the sacredness of its ancient roots. Expect to feel a balanced experience perfect for any level. This masterful practice is taught with your healing in mind and heart.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Policy: To cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance. No charges will apply for class cancellations or rescheduling. For private bookings, please provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule, and no charges will be applied. Divinity Skin Policy: To request a cancellation or reschedule, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that a 100% service fee will be charged for no-shows. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the client will be eligible for a 50% refund.
