Why do you teach yoga?

  • It is so fulfilling! Being present and guiding others who are also seeking spiritual growth is a beautiful experience. Sharing my teachings not only allows me to connect with others but also deepens my own spiritual journey.


How long have you been practicing yoga?

  • 15 years. My journey began with a class at the local gym. It’s interesting to reflect on how my practice has evolved over the years. The depth of yoga is limitless, and I know that as long as I continue to practice, I will always be in a state of discovery.  


What can I expect in your class?

  • Medium-slow pace movement with ample time to breathe and settle into each pose. While I don't focus heavily on alignment or hands-on adjustments, my aim is to help you develop your intuition and trust moving in a way that feels good in your body. My classes often include visualization and chakra balancing. I often conclude with a long relaxation and meditation. 


What kind of music do you love to share in class?

  • Low vocal. Instrumental. Ambient. Soft tribal beats.

What’s your favorite Asana(pose)?

  • Pigeon pose. It releases my hips and frees up emotions stored there.
