Music & Mantras

Join us for "Music and Mantras," a fun event open to parents and children aged 0-5 (older kids are welcome too!). Join us for 75 minutes of engaging activities, including warm-up breathing, stretching, fun sing-along mantras, hands-on exploration of instruments like chimes, tambourines, sound bowls, and drums, and a gratitude circle where we can share our appreciation. This class, offered free of charge with a donation-based option, promises a delightful and engaging experience for all.

This event is led by Tuesday with the support of her older girls 6 & 8 yrs of age.

To ensure comfort during the session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. If desired, feel free to bring your own yoga mat & sitting pillow. Yoga mats are available if needed. Fruit cups for snack will be provided :)
