Kids Yoga Class

Join us for a fun and uplifting yoga experience where kids aged 3-7 can explore self-love and mindfulness in a safe and supportive space! Parents are welcome to drop off their little ones and enjoy some free time while the kids enjoy a 45-minute class filled with movement, imagination, and connection.

Class Highlights:

• Introduction: Each child introduces themselves by name and age.

• Warm-Up: We kick off with a lively song and playful movements to get our bodies warmed up.

• Yoga Adventure: Guided by yoga cards, we explore gentle poses that teach kids to listen to their bodies and respect their limits.

• Sing-Along: Together, we celebrate self-love with a joyful song.
